- 1997年9月，一群互相三唔識七，九唔搭八的人結識於本城的袖珍大學。在一連串的嘲諷、欺壓、出賣與災難，還有後來引發自珠三角移民的細菌變種之後，他們就合成了一團無可根治的「病毒」… 離開疫區後，他們都嘗試重新自己的生活：開始十點前睡覺、計算未來的年假、定期整理一下自己的冰箱… 但每到失眠的晚上，那埋在身體深處的「病」也還是折磨著他們。於是乎，他們只有動起封塵已久的十指，去向其他同病相憐的手足問好…
